Return Policy
(a) Returns
If any item you purchased does not meet your expectations, including being defective, damaged, or not as described, you may return it for a refund. Please attach photos of the item you received to your email when contacting our customer service team to process your return. This will allow us to improve our service quality and process your return request as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The returned item is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all original tags intact.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are refundable for returns due to quality issues. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return.
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to change their mind and return the item without giving a reason, and SOLELY.shop must issue a refund. You can contact us via email to request a return: crankn253@outlook.com. Upon receipt of the returned item, SOLELY.shop will refund the money to the customer's account. Customers will only be charged for shipping costs once (including return shipping); there are no restocking fees for returns.
(b) Damaged Goods
Any item that is damaged upon receipt can be returned to SOLELY.shop for a full refund. Please note that if the damage is limited to the outer packaging and the contents are undamaged, the product is not considered damaged.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process your refund.

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped:
(1) If your order has not yet been shipped, you can receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. (2) If you cancel your order more than 24 hours after purchase, you will only receive a partial refund.
